Any article that fails to meet the 330 vote limit will be dropped (lapsed) from the bill

ie : If any of articles about authorities of parliament or president fail to meet 330 vote limit, amendment draft becomes meaningless

Yes after "the cooling time" the last voting will be made, and all 18 articles will be voted one by one
