It is a flagrant breach of the Law on Attorneyship (1136) which prohibits the arrest of lawyers over the circumstances other than flagrante delicto (FD). In TR judiciary's interpretation, membership of a terrorist organisation is an ongoing offense so the suspect is always in FD.
