#Breaking: Ankara Public Prosecutor's Office has indicted three lawyers for espionage including lawyers of embassies of Germany, Norway, Netherlands and Sweden in Turkey. Lawyers Yilmaz Sunar, Baki Demirhan and Adnan Seker are facing more than 2,000 years of incarceration.
Lawyers are asked by their clients (embassies) to check / confirm information provided by Turkish citizens seeking asylum in Germany, Norway, NL and Sweden.
On 17 Feb 2020, Ankara 13rd Heavy Penal Court refused the indictment for lack of proper and thorough investigation.
