For the second time, Ankara, İstanbul, İzmir, Adana, Antalya, Bursa, Diyarbakır, Van, Aydın, Tunceli and Şanlıurfa Bar Associations have made an official call an extraordinary general assembly of the Union of Turkish Bar Associations (UTBA) to be immediately held. @CCBEinfo
11 bar associations submitted its official decisions simultaneously to the UTBA. Thus, official requirements for an extraordinary general assembly were met. The UTBA refused the first attempt on grounds of that the calls had not been submitted within same time course.
