Burak Kolukisa who is brother of Inspector General of the CJP was part of the team which detained senior army officers who resisted to the coup. However, Inspector General of the CJP had not been subject to any investigation because of this "affiliation."
The opposite way round, he was in charge of the dismissal procedure for more than 4000 judges and prosecutors on grounds of so-called "affiliation" criteria.
How on the earth, the guy (Inspector General of the CPJ) whose brother deliberately had participated in the coup is not considered as "affiliated" with the putschists while those were considered so just because of they had an account in a legal bank. @CoESpokesperson
