The TCC dismissed Ahmet Altan's appeal. Given the fact that it accepted Mehmet Altan's appeal who subjected to accusations identical to Ahmet Altan, it is a clear evidence that TCC functions selectively and discriminately to serve as an effective domestic remedy.
