Today, #ECHR, one more time, decided that Turkish Constitutional Court offers effective remedies for the victims of human rights violation. Today's case was on violations of the right to life lived during the curfews declared in the Southeast Turkey in 2015. @EuropeanLawBlog

In today's case which was about civilian casualties caused by curfew & anti-terror operation, @ECHR_Press decided that though the allegations were severe, and though TR Constitutional Court has not decided on them since 2016, the applicant still has to exhaust domestic remedies.
