Thank you for info. Those sentenced and release; is done so under the caveat that they do not violate the "parole" during the sentencing time as if they do they will be imprisoned then, is that correct?
Yes, in the decision of release the defendant should be warned by the judge that if he or she violates judicial control measures, a new arrest warrant will be issued about him or her.

6 years and 3 months is the minimum sentence under Art 314/2 of TPC, so Assize Courts often release the defendants if he or she is under arrest for 2 years or more. However judges who work in small provinces treat the (Gulenists) defendants harder in order to promote.
