Under current practise of Turkish Judiciary those who are sentenced to 6 years and 3 months are being released with the final decision, most of the provinces decide such way, except the provinces associated with Antalya Regional Appeal Court.
Since the chief judge of Antalya Regional Appeal Court was unseated because of a decision on Bylock, the new board of the court quiet rarely releases defendants.
