I am somehow convinced that the only answer making actual sense is the same to the "where does an 800lb gorilla sleep?" question. But my friends say I'm a pessimist.

I don't think that he'll dissolve the parliament because if he does, he has to win presidential election again, it is difficult challenge; instead of dissolving he'll bargain with new actors of the parliament and try to form new de-facto coalition

Yes, question here isn't what he will do, but what 1) if he can following June 24 even if the presidency goes to the second round 2) if he does whether it counts as a term towards the constitutional limits.
