    TR Constitutional Court found the law that is providing the police with a power to cancel travel documents of individuals without a judge's order was unconstitutional. However, scandalously, the Court permits that the abrogated the provision can stay in effect for 1 more year.

    With a new bill, AKP government extends its state of emergency powers for 3 more years. Thus, it can dismiss public servants without due process of law until July 2024. This power had already been extended for the period of 2018-2021.
