The reports i saw were that Radon spiked briefly to 3mcSv/h and at 0.30 mcSv/h for a few hours (similar to some results i found in the UK) .. No response from the Finish, Norwegian nuclear regulators on any other isotopes so seems like nuclear waste processing or similar. 1/

I remember reading about designs that engineers came up with in the early 1960s for a "nuclear ramjet" aircraft that would spew radioactive exhaust over enemy territory. I didn't think anyone would be stupid enough actually to build one.

Eurdep mapping was switched off in the UK, France, Germany, Norway, Ireland, Sweden, Denmark, Russia etc and of course the IAEA has done that through the German server (that has happened before. So multi country cooperation could mean another unmentioned release?

@krakek1 said "Update on spectrometer story, allegedly normal value is 13 micro reountgens per hour, they have only found Radon, this does not confirm any reactor leaks or similar types of incidents."Thanks. Twitter will use this info to make your timeline better. UndoUndo

But Serebryanka was (allegedly) involved in a different recovery effort - near Novaya Zemlya. Are we talking about second incident (and recovery)? The assumption would be that after this thing failed at NZ they brought it to Nenoksa, closer to population. Seems very strange
