I don’t understand this point about exposing. What is it about nazis that needs even more exposing? What Do we not know that you hope we would by this conversation?

Just because it's obvious to you, it doesn't mean it's obvious to everyone else. We have seen too many people considering giving these ideas another chance. They were defeated before, but it shouldn't mean we can let our guard down.
-
And conversing, giving them a platform is the best way to do it? Sounds rather silly to me.
-
By giving them this platform, which also happens to have immediate opposition, it allows a public deconstruction of their ideology, which I think also highlights the ridiculous nature of it.
-
Its like you people have never opened a history book in your lives. Amazing
-
I would suggest the same for yourself, I am very aware of history and especially the actions that led to nazi Germay, perhaps you should familiarise yourself with that time and the actions of the media, state and other actors that ensured the rise of the fascist state.

Bad ideas and good ideas must only ever be determined by free speech and the marketplace of ideas. Not by YouTube or BitChute. Banning ideas is not the same as defeating them, that will only ever make it someone else's problem and a bigger problem. Free speech > societal problems

I can understand YouTube's problems. Watch any video involving Hitler or Nazis, and you will see a lot of guys in the comment section actually supporting their actions. They are mostly German patriots, White supremacists or antisemites. It sick to read their comments.
-
The longer a problem is ignored the bigger it may grow. If this is a problem worth addressing it's worth addressing NOW.

Talking to the extreme right is a very difficult process to get on board with, when the attitudes are so obviously abhorrent to most of us, but I see where you're coming from - dismantling an idiotic ideology with words is far more productive in the long run
-
if ideas are abhorrent to u, then u have lived a sheltered life.
-
What an odd response & conclusion to draw - I didn't say "ideas in general" are abhorrent so that makes no sense

73 years after the defeat of Nazis what's left to talk to them about? What Nazi ideas are still left unchallenged 73yrs later to talk about unless you just agree with a lot of their ideas and just passing it off as some conversation!
-
You would figure people will come to the same conclusions about communism.... but... goes to show you have to keep teaching new people about why old ideas are bad

By punching them.
-
That's how you show people their ideas are wrong. Hit them. Thats not polarizing at all.
-
Dude, if you're a nazi, I don't care if I polarize you or whatever.
-
Apparently you're just out to hit people, regardless of the validity that they're actually nazis or not.
-
Nah. Just nazis.
