  8. We have responded to 5 threats throughout the city involving an email saying an explosive device was at a location. These calls are similar to what is occurring across the country according to open source media. There has not been any credibility related to our threat calls.

  15. We continue our focus on known offenders, drugs & illegal guns. East Patrol arrested a man who was out on bond for a Nov 9 robbery/car jacking & out on bond for a Nov. 17 aggravated assault w/ a deadly weapon & now arrested Dec 5 for another firearm & illegal drugs.

    In the aftermath of Pearl Harbor enlisted in the . At 20 he was shot down & was the only survivor. The others were killed & eaten. He asked himself later “why did I survive..”. He made his 2nd chance matter. An example for us all.

  20. Police Chiefs agree. That is why supports the First Step Act. We also stress that this is "the first step." This bill could be the beginning of comprehensive review and reform. This can only be accomplished through a National Crime Commission.
