Perhaps find lawyers willing to sue pornagrphers for causing disabling sex addictions the way that cancer patients sued tabacco companies.

I wouldn't call porn "speech" anyway

I wouldn't either but the Supreme Court has. Sex for money is illegal just about everywhere. Pornography involves filming evidence of the crime. No one goes to jail though because it's been deemed to be 'artistic expression' by the courts. Therein lies part of the problem.
