    I feel like the vault needs to be tweaked a little to give more variety in the items you are offered. Last week was 3 belts. This week was 3 Haste/Mastery items - 2 rings and a helmet (and a belt I already had 226 of). Getting 3 items with the same stat distrub is blech.

    I mean the other problems are there too, but that's what strikes me the most. And it'll never compete with Apex on cleave, Circle on uncapped AoE, or Draught on single target. So, it's like, "this looks fun but is totally worthless compared to the specialized options"

    But the bleed isn't actually a real bleed (doesn't buff Shred/Swipe) despite the TT saying it's a bleed. It also isn't affected by Haste. Honestly I think the thing that kills it the most is the AoE cap. It could turn zerk into a real AoE CD, but not with cap.

    Messed around with Frenzy a little bit. The bleed stacks....sorta? Like it seems damage gets lost if you hit with 2 abilities before it gets the chance to tick. Feels kinda like old Ignite where damage would get mysteriously lost all the time.
