If I started a Rochester Adult Kick Scooter gang (like the non-electric kind) and provided free scooters to ride, would you join me for group rides? No I’m not kidding…

Syracuse, Rome, Utica, Schenectady, Buffalo… every other station I’ve ever been to you can just walk out to the platform without being treated like a 4 year old. It really belittles the passengers, especially regular riders and is unnecessary. Can this be fixed?

I had a black friend. I liked her and I think she liked me, too. But now she is hostile and unpleasant. I am sure I didn't do anything to her, except be white. Is that what teachers and our political leaders really want for our society? Divide us because of our skin color? #CRT

Because of my experience with cancer, I don’t fear death. I don’t fear pain. I just do what I can do and I’m at peace with that. Cancer gave me the opportunity to learn that, and it’s a lesson that I have found fundamentally valuable in my life.

Cancer is something you can’t control... the only thing you can control is how you respond to it. I never saw it as a fight, I saw it as something that would force me to readjust my thinking and my mindset about life, death, struggle, etc

Hot take... as a cancer survivor I hate when people say “fuck cancer” and such. While I know different people have different ways of dealing with cancer, I took a positive, non-combative approach to my therapy. I’m a better person because of it.
