1 or 2 hours? Flight with meco and seco-1 would be about 20 minutes, than a 40/60 minute coasting phase and then a burn to get into a stable orbit?

The rocket dont gets into orbit. Only the last stage reaches the target orbit.
1-Ariane 6: More thrust at liftoff and upper stage. 2- Not more than 10Km (nozzle still over-expanded). 3-A bit more than 6 hours from Kouru.
