An electromagnetic radar beam sent from the ground and bounced off Ariane 5 allows us to localise the launcher in space and retrieve all its telemetry data. Can you estimate the data transmission speed in seconds at the start of a mission?

Data transmission speed in seconds seems a bit ought to me. I presume a lot of telemetry data needs to be processed so my astimate is 20 Gigabit/s
