How do you place it in a reentry orbit without the reigniting capacity ? Or do you count the GTO as a reentry orbit ? (Pe is around 300km no ?)

Looking at Discosweb or http://stuffin.space , at least the older upper stages will circulate Earth for quite a while. Otherwise we wouldn't have a business to recycle them on the Moon...
