What about the future black upper stage ? Will it not warm up the cryogenic propellant too much ?
Actually, even with a black upper stage, the fairing will remain white, thus protecting the payload.

What about the cryogenic fuel? It must be kept at much lower temperatures than the payload. Isn't white paint better to reflect the heat on the second stage as well?
