I know that is quite an achviement but I can help myself to compare it to Saturn V, proposed N1 and Energia... Of course these were build for entire different purposes and the tech was different but still... Fascinating payloads cqpacity back then

Houps, yesterday a claim letter from Musk, dated December, was disclosed showing that in fact average price of Falcon 9 is from the beginning 50% more expensive than Ariane 5 ($120m each F9 for half carriage of each A5 at $180m including public money) !!
