    Update for MRTK-Quest! V0.4 Introducing support for avatar hands, which allow for full hand tracking simulation, even on PC with Rift or Link. Short of hand tracking support on PC, this is certainly the next best thing. Check the replies for links to code and an app download!

    My 5yo asked, “How big is a wolf?” So I Google it... Google’s first result is the option (in browser!) to place a realistic wolf in the room with us so we can walk around it and see for ourselves. Magical. The closest I have felt to a Young Lady’s Illustrated Primer.

    When architects do VR: I'm sketching a house at 1:20 scale which also gets drawn at 1:1. I then fly out to the 1:1 house & draw the roof at that scale by flying while holding the "draw" button. Not particularly useful, but so much fun. Which is slowly making it very useful.

    Have you ever played "Jim Power: The Lost Dimension"? It's an obscure French DOS (and SNES) game, and it's currently available on Steam. And it has UNCOMFORTABLE levels of parallax scrolling. Why is that?

    Wearing this on the Toronto subway and some kids asked if I was “pro league”. I said I wish but actually I work for Ubisoft, and their mouths dropped. Now there’s 3 kids walking round Toronto with my spare RS6 patches wanting to be game designers. Good start to the afternoon 👍
