Realistically, what do you think would happen if I went in the men’s room? Any guesses? This is a law that requires trans people to break it unless they want to put themselves in danger. Lose lose. That’s the point.
I'd say 9/10 times nothing, we'd assume the women's room is packed and you're desperate. That tenth time is a doozy though, that's when you run into the bigot/predator. But I will say I'm currently obviously trans and have been using the men's for months with no issue.
This is all horrifying. Feel like I'm being slowly legislated out of existence across the country.
Use unisex bathrooms. Problem solved.

I’ve used the men’s room loads of times when the q is too long for the women’s and I’m desperate for a wee w/o any issue. It’s pretty gross and I have to hover but at least I know there are no spy cams
