First Amendment Law: Twitter is not a state actor and is not bound by the First Amendment. It can ban him if it pleases. Contract law: Berenson agreed to the terms of service and in any event Section 230 bars his claims. Drug/Vaccine law: ...are not applicable to Twitter.

In other words, his claims on legal issues are about as accurate as his claims about science. I liken his use of "things that sound like real science terms, but aren't" to
@StephenAtHome's "truthiness." "Scienciness," if you will. I just don't understand why this took so long. -
