A lot of the Dem candidates have spoken about all of these. I don't think this whole "First in this debate" is some sort of sign of insight or priorities. e.g. Buttigieg said, in March, that the 1st thing he'd work on wld be voting rights. A # of them see it as high priority.

I wasn’t impressed how Steyers started as the pro-Impeachment guy (long before the UA scandal provided clear-cut evidence of good cause for it), but then decided to run for POTUS after accumulating an e-mail list.
