1) Construction lead growth in #Argentina again in February, up 13%, but growth in manufacturing (6%) was also impressive, buoyed by #Brazil's recovery (2.3% GDP growth this year, the #IMF forecasts, following two years of negative growth, and a 1% expansion last year).
