Kimberly Breier will be @StateDept’s next @WHAAsstSecty, according to @LatAmGoesGlobal. Since June, she has worked for State’s Policy Planning office (S/P, as it’s known in the building). Previously, she handled #LatinAmerica issues at the NSC, and worked at @CSISAmericas.

@GeorgetownCLAS, where she earned her Master’s. Arturo Valenzuela, a recent WHA assistant secretary, was a director at the same Georgetown@georgetownsfs program.Show this thread
