The governor is in DC to work with the @OAS_official to promote an ambitious regional integration project led by sub-national units with the creation of SICOSUR.

The project is to help the interior of the continent diversify it's access to global markets and to decentralize Latin America's heavily concentrated economies by pushing forward development of these regions through regional cooperation.
