Another personnel change that could boost #Argentina’s effectiveness in DC: the appointment, as NSC senior director for #LatinAmerica, of Mauricio Claver-Carone, mostly known for #Cuba, but whose time at @USTreasury and the #IMF involved lots of discussion of Buenos Aires.
