2/ According to conservative estimates of the growth in oil & gas exports by

4/ Does 2019 matter? Energy production means the gvt has to provide incentives & ensure that domestic prices reflect market prices. The next gvt could be handed a major source of revenue & energy is often associated with corruption and ‘Dutch disease.’ Much foresight is needed.
