All true. But as @LATAMProg's @benjamingedan points out in @ForeignPolicy, #LatinAmerica has been quietly absorbing millions of #Venezuela's migrants for years, and #Argentina and #Uruguay remain refreshingly hospitable, compared to the U.S. and European migration posture.
