anyone done sweet potato chips in the air fryer? I got back on the horse...er, mandoline, sliced them thin, coated them lightly with oil, and put them in. Recipes say from 10-15 minutes anywhere from 350 degrees to 400. They come out partly burned after five mins. @RoBrooks13?
Make sure to put them in water for a bit and then dry before cooking them, and occasionally shake the air fryer to toss them around, since the air from the top is stronger than from the bottom. Also try using a little bit more oil.

Yup I soaked them fit 20 min and dried them well.
