NO CONTEXT BECAUSE SPOILERS: "Your finest mourneblade" does that mean there are other -mournes out there besides Frostmourne (and Shadowmourne technically but that's an axe, not made by the Runecarver, and no one seems to acknowledge it existing)?
Blade =/= sword; and I'd think that mourneblades are overall any blade created with (not empowered by) runes of death magic, including the blade of the Primus (who he probably is).

It's looking more and more likely that he's the Primus, one issue though is the timeline. The Maldraxxus quests don't give the impression he's been gone for too long, but the Runecarver's been in the Jailer's service since at least prior to the Third War over a decade ago...
