How does it? Only thing she says is "In the Light, we are one." and then she canonically went mad trying to convert everyone to the Light. She became a zealot in her attempt to rebuild Draenor, and lost her way. The Light can be as blinding as the absolute Void.

I meant to say "WoD's ending". Although it doesn't contradict the expansion's ending, it's still pretty bullshit for Draenor to end like that just for players to got a cool allied race, especially OFFSCREEN. My hope is that they continue that story and Yrel's arc one day.
