Any recommendations for easing throat pain caused by post nasal drip? This Advil isn’t cutting it and I’ve already had my limit for the day... Tylenol isn’t a great option as it messes with my blood sugar readings on my glucose monitor. So any recommendations much appreciated!
Gargle some salt water, then try herbal honey tea, with a drop of honey (preferably some with soothing qualities, like chamomile). Don't overdo it with the tea, hydrate properly with not too cold water (room temp with a slice or two of lemons). Keep your voice healthy! <3
