    People are *breaking* down. Losing it. Losing people. One trauma after another after another. No breaks, no pause, no time to grieve or reflect. Mostly everyone I know is crashing. This is sad, unsustainable, + the impacts will be with us for years to come.

    We call it by different names - it's "sharpen the knife" day for me. A day to physically and mentally rest, away from work. To simply *exist* as a dad, husband, person - and not as a voice actor. We all need this day periodically. Plan it well and take one. ❤️

    Definitely this. Balance is important. You don't need to use social media as your emotional punching bag, but feel what you need to & sit w/ your emotions (even the negative ones)-there's nothing wrong with them. It's toxic both to lash out & to pretend negativity doesn't exist.

    It's really tiresome to see how people turn everything to drama. The VA community lost someone very loved today, and instead of being given the chance to grieve in the way they wish, people were called "clout chasers" and "vultures". Please just... be better.
