Even without using software you can see some of the remaining marks of blemishes from a quick editing job in different areas when you look close.

I definitely see what you mean! I am not allowed to share the pass due to it containing personal info of the leaker, so I guess you’ll just have to trust me. I can get any other screenshots you’d like if that would help!
That’s just typical PNG artifacting. Look at any low res photo with black text on white background and you’ll see it!
