What if I told you that the device doesn’t have to be running InternalUI...
So how would it access internal files? Or does it download them to the device itself? Are you saying that there’s internal files in public builds?

I’m still working on it, so I won’t be able to comment on that just yet. I will say that you have the general idea mostly correct, with a few exceptions.
