So, the @YouTube account we use to post music and songs was suspended for no apparent reason. Anyone have any experience with this? If we don't get it back, there won't be a way for non-Patrons to hear Lights You Can't See and Echo. @TeamYouTube

Thanks for letting us know — you should have received an email with more info on why your channel was taken down. If you think it was done by mistake, you can appeal here: https://bit.ly/2JM2YVF . Hope this helps.

It says that we posted "spam, scams or commercially deceptive content" which we definitely did not. We appealed, but the email said the suspension would be kept, and didn't give us further information about that. I'm really not sure what the issue is.

I got a strange notice that my Google Account was disabled on August 9th, if that helps?

Update: we just heard back and after carefully reviewing the channel, our policy team confirmed that it has committed severe or repeated violations of our Community Guidelines. Here's more info about this here: https://yt.be/help/Ze9J

Could you please tell us what those violations were? As previously mentioned, we got a strange notice on August 9th and we're wondering if that has something to do with it? If this is about posting copyrighted material... we own the copyrights.
