NOTICE: The park is receiving heavy snowfall and it has become necessary to close the park road at the visitor center due to unsafe conditions. Because of the lapse of funding the National Park Service is unable to provide services, including plowing of roads.

It is unknown how long the road will be closed. Access to the park will not occur until the snow and ice melts or until the National Park Service receives funding to continue plowing operations.

I'm sorry to hear this, and I apologize to your staff that we haven't done better to make sure you are paid and that your park is fully funded. We value you.

Visited Arches last week during Christmas break..thank you for your limited services in the park and made us see the beauty around the Park. Good luck to the people planned their new year eve in and around that area 👍
