Repaired a Apple Watch Demo iPad! I received a unit with a matching Apple Watch that refused to power on (when connected to either MagSafe 2 or Lightning) so I swapped the Watch Sync board with the watchless unit. This unit was used in an Apple Store, as it has the “Edition” tab.pic.twitter.com/KhzhDgt7Xb

Where else were they used besides Apple Store?

Apple Premium Resellers (APRs) for example are officially audited from Apple so they have most of the equipment. Since some products or services are only available at Apple, you can differentiate stuff like the above that would look identical in an APR.
