It’s official! The PartsPhone 4s has finally been unlocked! For those who don’t know, it’s basically an iPhone 4s that I had made out of broken parts (about a year ago). Broken Wifi on the iPhone meant no iCloud or apps. I can now sign into iCloud, download apps and jailbreak it!pic.twitter.com/jngDfJCq2w

Being a 4S, the Wi-Fi is most likely NOT broken. Try heating up your iPhone with an hairdryer, untill it shows a warning sign
on the screen. Then let it cool down and try switching the Wi-Fi on. As crazy as it sounds, it worked on mine. -
yes best way is to remove the battery and heating where is the wifi module
