When the hell? Did PayPal/eBay just start charging tax recently or something? So I was paid $74 in total for something I sold. I was charged $3 from PayPal, $4.70 in Tax and $7.40 from eBay which means I get $59?? ON TOP OF THAT, charged MORE TAX (ALSO new!) when buying stuff??
