From term to term, still my fav #SCOTUS bookmark: http://bit.ly/ZMY9zb (@SCOTUSblog's every-case-in-one chart; click links for briefs)
...And esp fun for the last few weeks of decisions, don't forget to compare the top chart to the second chart, to divine authors. #SCOTUS

: Michelle, I love your stuff, but honestly, why does predicting authors matter? Other than "the smartest guys in the room"?
-
.
@RoryLittle Mostly just fun to guess (like jellybeans in a jar?), but pinpointing author can give clues about result. That's the utility. -
For me, it's all predictive value (eg RBG only J w/o opn & Fisher only case left). I wait until I cant be wrong!

.
@johnpelwood@AppellateDaily: That's a good sign, right? Ginsburg for Fisher, not Kennedy? -
Two gaps in Dec. are Roberts & Scalia. Not good omen for aff action (Scalia poss could have had orig asst).

.
@RoryLittle@johnpelwood Remember that four votes are enough in Fisher bc Justice Kagan is recused.#SCOTUS
