Valve cares the way you care about a goldfish. Microsoft cares the way Best Buy cares about any single product on its shelves. Sony cares for 1 year out of 4 in their product cycle (maybe). HTC is just so inscrutable with weird products i don't even have a joke for them.
Despite all this, fuck Facebook. I know full well if I'd have been willing to jump into their ecosystem with an H3VR-lite thing for the Quest I'd prob. have a million extra dollars in hand. I don't care. Fuck them.

How do they express to you that shits have been given in your regard? Genuinely curious. In a direct and substantial way or indirectly by having a marketplace?
I mean in that, because they have a massive warchest, and a concrete goal in mind, they dump sustained money into funding content. It's not in anyone else's interest, or in line with anyone else's philosophy to do so. So it's not really 'caring' in an anthropomorphized sense.
So with these new changes do you plan on dropping support for Oculus with H3VR? I’m a Vive user so I don’t really care either way just curious since I’ve seen a few other devs denounce FB and Oculus. Wondering what your plan was going forward.
The game runs via SteamVR, as it always has. I don't use the Oculus API.
thing that’s rough is I’ve only got an original oculus for my headset and like I don’t have the extra $1000 for an index and the newer vives I’ve heard are ROUGH. So with this news it’s only a matter of time before my headset is a brick
