    He was originally only charged with the destruction of property but after being released pre-trial he showed up at a party with stolen firearm and negligent discharged, hitting a person at the party. Probably where most of the time is coming from in the sentence.

    Yesterday Alexander Pridgen was sentenced to 15 months in federal prison for destruction of government property during George Floyd in Greenville NC + illegal possession of a firearm charges.

    Alexander Pridgen indicted federally for throwing a brick through a federal courthouse window during May 31st NC riots. Was arrested during that event for inciting riot, assault on a government official, and injury to property. Max of 10 years if convicted.

    Good piece from comparing George Floyd riots to 1/6 & J20 I'd note the number of federal cases dismissed is now 65+ (not 31) and those that have been convicted have gotten joke sentences (e.g. 27 months for burning down a police station)
