I can't stand that I can barely articulate the contrasts between fascist movements in the new and old world and how therefore strategy to deal with them differs, but you can do it with ease while dragging yourself for chucking at some dope's cargo pants

Eh, it's not rocket science? Fascism is a quest for power, and tends to incorporate aspects of the local culture. So in Europe, there's National Socialist flavors, but that doesn't fly in the US. And in South America, fascist movements have to appease US business interests.
