also, the Chapo Trap House Extended Universe of affiliated shows they have helped popularize ranges from problematic (Cum Town) to what can charitably be described as "fascist-curious" (Red Scare) to full-on, friend-of-Richard-Spencer alt-right (Radio War Nerd)
What did Chapo do this time?
Nothing urgent at the moment, but after they lost their shit attacking Food Not Bombs, a lot of people are questioning the need for a show that never really accomplished anything for the left besides pushing Bernie now that the campaign is over
I have no idea if Chapo hosts are good people, but I do have a problem with the edgy left normalizing alt-right slurs and saying harrassment is actually good.

Also remember that talking to someone online and they say they're leftists when they're spouting fascist shit is /usually/ a two pronged approach by the far right. It both destabilizes the left communities AND makes it look like leftists are promoting far right ideologies.
I like the chapo podcast as well as other leftist and left-leaning media (the trillbillies are fantastic and speak to people in the south, like me). This wasn't a condemnation of chapo, but of the left just accepting whoever as long as they have leftist terms in their bios.
I mean I don't get how anyone isn't suspicious of CTH when they're white dudes and their name is two highly racialized references to the war on drugs done for the EdGeLuLz.
They regret the name, to be fair. Maybe should pull an AJJ and switch to just CTH.
