Here's my point-- all along, antifascists have been watching these psychopaths, and doing the actual investigative work. We've joined their groups, doxxed them, and informed our communities about the danger they present. The state hasn't done shit, and this won't change that.
That would set a seriously dangerous precedent, too. Right now, the one thing that prevents there being an outright prescribed organisations list in the US is that organisations made up primarily of US persons don't count.
